Brian Teti - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have only recently returned to state farm simply because of Jeremy. Could have saved 2$ w/ the competition, but Jeremy's customer service made the difference

My wife and I have been dealing with Brian for over 35 years. Always great service. His office staff is very knowledgeable and gets things done right usually with only one phone call unless they need a clarification from the customer about something. Never a bit of trouble.

GREAT STAFF. When u can't find your bill you call. They take pbone payments and send a receipt. Fax your info to Dmv when u forget your insurance card. House damage from storms or vandalism to our car handled fast and with good people. I have never sat waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. House and cars taken care of

Possibly resolved - rating change pending--Signed up for insurance without issue and it was good for about 2 months then I started to receive notice that I needed to provide signed forms which I emailed as requested but still received a cancellation notice a few weeks later leaving me without insurance a day after receipt.

I was impressed with how quickly my claim was settled.
