Bob Milligan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Grossly incompetent. I have tried for two months to correct a billing error on my homeowners insurance and the mileage on our car insurance (something which would drop my rate significantly), and it has taken eight phone calls plus several to the corporate After-hours line to make zero progress. The women in the office are rude and impatient - only Mary has taken the time to explain to us in detail our policy. Unfortunately, though, Mary isn't the one processing the paperwork, and so nothing gets done. Pick any other State Farm agent - this office is the worst.

I had left a message the the day before requesting a quote on my car insurance, and an agent called me the very next morning promptly at 8:20 to get information about my car. She needed a few minutes to work up a quoted and called me back within 10 minutes with a quote. The quote was much higher than what I'm paying GEICO, so I rejected the offer. The agent was very friendly and highly efficient.

They aren’t bad, yes their tones may not be the best but when it comes to getting things done quickly and getting you the best possible outcome of any situation, Mary is really nice. I don’t know why these people are calling them rude... I have dealt with them several times and they always treat me with respect, and as far as that post sayin they are “racist”... That person probably provoked the office... just saying

Bob & his team provide great service and are always friendly, helpful & welcoming. I have known Bob for more than 30 years and he is just a Fine Man & Great Agent!

Alert!!!!!!!!!!! State farm worst car insurance agent Bob Milligan office staff are very rude, incompetent, dishonest and racist! I have switched to another agent location for now but will not continued with State farms company. I do not need a good neighbor like that in my life. I absolutely do not recommend this snake farm agency and State farm. Don't even waste with this location.
