Worked with Julie Nekali who was the only person that personally reached out to me in this "over the top" digital world. I was looking for quotes for my 1966 Ford Mustang Custom and Julie was very informative, personal, and overall, made my decision on going with Berkley One an easy choice

They have increased my coverage 21% over last 2 years and increased my premium 120%. They consistently value my home more than $4 million more than it worth or the cost to replace. Either they are incompetent or committing fraud. Either one not very good

Got in a crash months ago as the passenger to the person with this insurance. It's been like pulling teeth to get communication to pay the bill I was due on July 3rd I gave them the original info on June 20 it's August 7th still hasn't been taken care of they never reach out to me to get more info when needed I called Everytime I saw it wasn't payed to try and sort it out 6 emails and 5 calls later. Not payed. Mind you I've triple checked I've done everything on my side.

I don’t personally have Berkley for my insurance but an at fault insured of theirs hit my vehicle a month ago and I have yet to hear anything from the company regarding the claim. Luckily they put me in a rental, but seems silly that they have paid more for a rental than what my damage will cost.. Wouod not recommend using this insurance company based on their lack of communication and urgency to resolve claims.
