The employees are rude, unprofessional, impatient. They never have results. It’s always either I can’t we won’t we don’t there’s never a solution other than to give them more money for the same coverage or less I’ve never heard from any other person a single good thing about this place And I’m hoping that our union leaves and gets a different provider. They don’t answer their phones. They don’t return your calls in a timely manner. I’m just sick of them, and it sounds like most other people are too based on the reviews 👇

Don't answer their phones, don't return calls. Literally don't do their jobs! So tired of having to deal with this company for my health insurance. Its a complete nightmare. I don't ever want to go to the doctor etc bc they deny and don't pay for claims then they ignore your calls and lie about why it wasn't paid.

Karen and the other folks at Benefits Management Group are always a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional.
