Farmers Insurance - Steven Schoenfeld

I like Steve even though I haven't meet him personally. Very friendly and very informative. No pressure to switch and checked out all information that helped my husband and me to make the best decision for us. Even though he's a Bears fan us Packers fan know when a good deal on insurance will benefit us financially.

I'm about to finish up my first year with Steven. I don't have enough good things to say. Great customer service and always replies even if he's busy and can't get to my request right away. Savings, when I was searching for new car insurance he saved over 1000 dollars compared to other providers. Will continue to work with him....

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and our experiences. We recently changed insurance and went with Steve and Farmers because of the knowledge Steve brings to the table. He was able to find us the best plans and helped with a claim shortly after we switched. He is always very prompt on replying any time I have questions or am looking for any kind of assistance. He truly has our best interest at heart when he is dealing with us and that is hard to find these days.

I have home and auto insurance with Steve. When I retired, he helped with my Medicare supplemental insurance, navigating the myriad of possibilities out there to find policies that would fit me. He is quick to respond to any email or call. Most importantly, he has a unique philosophy: that his job begins after he sells a policy. I’ve never had any insurance agent say that, much less demonstrate it. Steve is unique in the insurance business and outshines any agent/company in my experience. I recommend Steve - with gusto!
