Don is always helpful with any issue and is a very good advisor, even when there are conflicts with other parties. He is very easy to reach and always responds quickly. I had a bike accident where someone hit me and ran, but the driver was later found. Even though I only have property and car insurance through him, Don still handled the situation and helped with the compensation process. I truly appreciate his support and professionalism.

Don was recommended to me by a coworker when I was in the process of buying a house and needing home owner’s insurance. From the start, him and his assistant had open lines of communication, quickly answered my questions, and got me any required documentation I needed. My insurance company is fantastic. They always are fast to take care of any claims especially after the storm. They were fair and fast, I had my checks within a couple days after the adjuster was here. We were reimbursed for food we lost. I couldn't be happier with them. Our agent is great and always responds quick with any questions or problems we have. I always tell everyone that has had problems with their insurance company that I have Shelter and they're the best. I'm happy to say I have absolutely no complaints at all.
