Michelle was SO helpful with my car/homeowner's insurance quote. It is my first home and she took time to explain the policy and answer multiple follow email questions I had as well Ultimately, her quote was the best and my brother in-law was so impressed he will also be using her! Jazmine Trout was amazing to work with. She carefully went over my policy with me after my changes and also let me know about programs to save me even more money which is insane. I mean what insurance company tries to save you money right. She was extremely pleasant and made sure to answer all my questions as well. Then she created a quote and provided a detailed breakdown (she created not a generic company one) the differences between policies and had a quick call to address any questions i had with the documentation she provided.
