I have been a customer of Bankers Life for a few years now and they provide excellent service. My Insurance Agent, Jay Thompson is terrific! He listens to me, answers all my questions and has given me great advice on which Medicare plans work best for me. He always gets back to me right away and listens to my concerns and is there for me whenever I need help. Just amazing customer service! I recommend him highly!
Excellent company to work with for your retirement and Medicare needs. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and are always there to answer any questions you may have.
very professional office, yet friendly and efficient... highly recommend
Went on a Friday because it said it would be open from 9am-5pm but when I arrived it was close. The door said Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-5pm. Went today Wednesday October 25 2023 and is closed. Seems like they don’t want their customers coming to the physical location.
I'm here on a Monday, when it says it's open, and it is not
