Take extreme caution when trusting Atkinson Insurance Agency with coverage intended to protect things you hold dear. They claim to be insurance professionals that make insurance simple, but seem more concerned with their commission. VP Nicole Harris offered coverage that had less protection and 2.5x higher deductible while explicitly calling it “the same great coverage”. On top of that, she was quoting to make the new policy effective two days before the current coverage ended, going as far as to follow up warning of a lapse including both existing and quoted policy documents without noticing her own mistake. I have had the greatest experience with Atkinson Insurance Agency. Most importantly with my agent, Shannon Woolwine. She is always willing to answer my questions and responds very quickly.
