Horrible service they have been stealing from me for months charging me for two vehicles instead of one. When I called for a refund they refused to give me back all four month of payment because they said I added the vehicle on the app when I didn’t. They also said my vehicles have been added on and taken off about four or five times from my app. Why would I do that? It’s obviously signs of fraud or the wrong buttons being pressed in my pocket or some clear suspicious activity. Stole hundreds of dollars from me and I’m the one who has to end up paying for it.

Perfect driving record, no tickets or citations. Not even a warning. over 4 years driving record. Wants me to pay $ 400-$ 600 more than everyone else. so much for saving 15% or more.

I've had a policy with Geico for the past three years. I was paying quite a bit for just a *Liability Only* coverage but I understood the reason why I was getting charged so much. However after 3 years of consistent payments of a ridiculous amount no accidents ,no lapses ,a defensive driving course and a credit score that was almost 200 points better than what I started with, as well as settling a debt I had with Progressive.I still get charged the same rate. I call up State Farm for a quote and find that I can get FULL coverage as well as renters insurance and roadside assistance for almost $150 less than when I'm paying with Geico. I'm not expert on insurance policies but I do know that I as well as quite a few people I know have had terrible experiences using Geico. The words pirates 🦜🏴
