Amsure

I have used Amsure for both auto and home insurance for the last twenty five years. They have always been professional. They have been good to work with even when I had to make a claim. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have contacted them multiple times, both by phone and their online form. No one has ever bothered to return my calls. They must be doing so well they don't need any new business.

There is no point of having an insurance agent if they won’t help you. My policy cancelled without notice and she just told me “well I’m not getting and answer you can try to call your carrier later” (after only waiting 5 minutes on hold) she had no concern that I was without insurance and offered no resolution. Not happy with the service at all. Don’t expect them to be there for you when you actually need them.

Awful! Unfortunately, I have no choice but have these people as a liaison for my insurance. RUN!! If you don’t have to deal with these people—DONT!!!!

They Cant get their act together they took money out of my account twice after I terminated my insurance
