False advertisement😡 I called your company because I received a letter in the mail from your company. The lady claimed your company doesn’t cover my area and that is why your company denied coverage for me. Then she said I have several claims which is not true. There was an accident claim that was not on my insurance company because it was on the person who hit my son’s car. As for the road service claim, there was only one for the broken window that needed to get fixed. I don’t know why she brought up my daughter’s claim if she is not getting coverage and her car is not included!!! I believe your company is not fair and truthful about the advertisement and process. I was not being treated right. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. God bless

DO NOT INSURE YOUR HOME WITH AMICA They will do EVERYTHING they can to NOT pay you a fair settlement ESPECIALLY if your house is a total loss. And after they make you insure your home for the amount THEY say you need. Total FRAUD

Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !

I’ve been a customer since 1997. Had an accident 7/23 (rear ended by a tractor trailer) and am still waiting to hear the decision on my car. Over $32k in damage and the shop believes it’s totaled. The communication from Amica has been atrocious. My assigned claims rep won’t return calls. I can’t even easily get a supervisor on the line. They also botched the tow (from PA back to NY) due to poor communication with their preferred outside company. I’m furious and will be shopping for a new carrier after this. Past customer service was usually excellent. This is awful beyond words and unacceptable.

A known fact that auto insurance is higher in Florida due to it's traffic. Moved from Florida to the mountains in upstate New York. After being a long term customer with Amica for 4 decades they tripled my premium??? Absolutely made no sense whatsoever. Dumped Amica and paying less than my Florida premium I had with them. Consumer beware.
