Zero stars if possible. Claims adjustors refuse to provide updates on claims or call back, escalating to supervisors results in being routed to voicemails and more attempts to ghost. Attempting to get in contact for about a month and no progress. The only saving grace is their Customer Service/phone operators are friendly and helpful.
