If I could give zero stars I would. My husband cancelled his policy bc we were no longer allowed to have separate ones due to some changes in the law and bc we decided to use my agent instead of Audrey she was incredibly petty and went and made a huge fuss to the point where my husband would have to leave Alfa for 30 days then resign up causing a lapse in his coverages. We decided as a family with three people on the policy to all leave Alfa and we will not be back but keep my agent who will now be our progressive agent. She accomplished nothing except loosing her company 3 customers and giving another agent is! Petty Betty should be her name shame on you!

I wish I could say I'm havn a gud experience wit this insurance company but I'm not. The last company I had yrs ago was on point wit everything whn I had my accident. It's goin on 2 wks Sat & the adjuster they gave me Justin Grimsley still haven't been out to luk at my truck. I received a message sayn it would b luked at by Fri which was 3 dys ago. I need to go to wrk so I can pay my rent & bills. This is jus ridiculous tht we hav to pay insurance every mth but they tak they time to help whn it's needed in our end. Whn I call I get the run around. I'm really not undastandn wht is goin on wit this company & guess I will b lukn fo anotha 1 n the near future

Forced customer service, very transactional contact, and slow processing. However, they will work hard to get a low rate and the insurance you need. I'm big on customer service, response, and things moving along in a timely minor.
