We trusted Amie Hunter and Umpqua Insurance agency with our insurance needs for first ten years of business. Come to find out we misplaced that trust. Never once in the ten years have we had any kind of claim. After 7 years we were canceled by the first carrier as we started to take on water mitigation projects. After canceling us, they audited us for the first time in the seven years. The audit resulted in us owing an additional $4000 in premiums for insurance we never used. Umpqua moved us to another company which cost double what the first did. Never had we shopped other insurance agencies as we assumed Umpqua had our best interest in mind. We had an agent from another broker look over our policy and found not only were we paying way too much, we didn't even have the correct coverage we

I had the privilege of visiting with one of the owners. If I lived in the area I would totally use Umpqua Insurance for all my insurance needs. Not only do they care about their employees, they truly do go out of their way to serve on their customers. I wish they had an office in my neck of the woods. I give this place 10 stars and two thumbs up for making a difference in the community and several families in the area. Cheers!
