Out of all the insurance companies I have dealt with, David is by far the best! He is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. Doesn’t take forever to get set up either. Literally was just on the phone with him to redo our insurance and I think it was like 5-10 minutes if that haha. Thank you David for all your help!

Friendly, and can help you save money; but there is a risk. I asked to set my insurance on auto renew, and was assured that it would be good to go. My insurance lapsed (more on that below), and I missed the letter in the mail due to a move. Now I'm stuck with a ticket for driving uninsured, and staring down the possibility of having my license suspended. Nice. It turns out that the provider that we went through doesn't actually support auto renewal, and that wasn't caught by the agent who signed me up for the service. Not sure what I'm gonna do about this license suspension yet. Ugh. Even if you are told it will auto renew. Put something in your calendar and stay on top of it. That's the cost of going through a private agent it seems. Captive agents know the policies of thier vendor.
