Joan is a damn rock star! Kelsey is great too but Joan is the star of the show. Gordon Wood has taken care of my health insurance for years now and after I had a fraud incident through the market place it was just a reminder of why I use these guys. Highly recommend!

Showed up 10 mins early to the appointment.. waited 40 mins to see kelsey. Needed multiple policies, he chit chatted alot, wrote one policy then said he had to go to lunch would get me the other ones later. The COI was wrong, it did not meet the format required by the state. Took 3!! rewrites and multiple emails before he got it correct even though I sent him the state requirements with an example COI the first time. The most unprofessional and incompetent broker I've ever met. Don't know if he inherited the business or bought it but clearly he didn't build the business.

Simply the BEST !!! They sincerely care for the folks that come through their doors. They will do everything possible to help them with their insurance needs. They certainly have for our family !!!

Have worked with them back in 2017 and again in 2025 and both times Keri was knowledgeable and helpful for describing health insurance services when I needed assistance. Great staff!

Very poor customer service and response. I would highly recommend an alternative company in the area. I spoke to several and none handled themselves as unprofessional as this agency.
