I've been a PA club 212 AAA member for over a decade I've brought friends and family to them and have spoke very highly of them for years but unfortunately today that comes to an end because I received notice that my membership was canceled (By them) and when I called to ask why I was told ill receive a letter in the mail stating the reason I was kicked off and if I have any questions or concerns about it that I would have to mail AAA Club Alliance SIU In delaware. No phone numbers no emails just mail them my issue. Thats crazy its 2026 and we're aren't even able to talk to a live person after randomly getting our memberships canceled. AAA is a secured facility drop off/pick up for Amazon. I had a large order that I didn't want sitting in front of my house unattended so I had it shipped to AAA. I went to go pick up my packages and the attendant asked for a 6 digit number. I told him I have My identification and the name and address is exactly the same as on my identification. He stated to me we don't use your identification we need the six digit number I went back to my car and I called Amazon. Amazon specifically stated there is no six digit number associated with my order. I had to get a full return of that order and reorder those items again and have them sent to my house and made sure that I was home when they came.

I have been a AAA member for six years. My first issue occurred four years back with our classic GTO. We were told that a tow truck would come pick us up within an hour. It did not show up and we were told it would be within six hours and by that point it would have been 2AM on the side of the road. I figured this was just an unfortunate situation. We had a private tow truck pick up the car. Now, two weeks ago a similar situation happened. My car was broken down. I was told it would be a one hour wait. Later, I was told four hours; after that I was told to reach out to the tow truck coming from Baltimore (I am located outside of Philadelphia). AAA had me reach out to the driver and AAA later told me that they had picked up the car and in the morning when I went outside, the car was still t

Helpful and professional. Went to buy EZPASS renew my membership. I was given very useful advisement to renew my membership before buying transponder to receive a membership discount. Got the premium membership also very helpful advice on service level and payments. Thanks to Anne and to the receptionist. Far cry from my WAWA in Linwood where my ladies are talking while you wait to check out.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with we 4 different policies and they always take money out of the wrong accounts. Cancel accounts because they said some had the insurance but not roadside service. Had pay to reinstate fees because they messed up .even went to one of there offices here then leaving thinks it was strightend out.for over a year we have had nothing but trouble with this company.we were supposed to have the bundle package just to find out we didn't. All my family that have them for insurance will never recommend them
