AAA - Wake Forest

Wake Forest Car Care Center. I have been a customer for years, but due to the poor workmanship and lack of accountability I experienced, I am now looking for another shop. The Initial Issue: I brought my 2002 Lexus in to have the serpentine belt and power steering pump belt replaced. When I went to pick up the car, I opened the glove box and the entire door fell off onto the floorboard, spilling all the contents. This happened because the technicians checked the cabin filter but failed to reinstall the glove box correctly. The Failed Resolution: I went back inside immediately to complain and spoke with the associate I was working with. Called to set up appointment and that we had oil and filter. Do they do it this way. They assured us that this was part of the services they provided. Only for us to make the trip out there and be turned away and told it is our issue. Not what I would consider an appropriate response due to their incompetence. Disappointed!

Best experience ever! Moved to the area yesterday and needed help with my brakes and Terry took care of everything! Could not have been happier and so fast. Came in around 1230 was out by 230 with new brakes, rotors and hoses! Today I'm feeling blessed!

Don't waste your time, money, or sanity! I am a AAA member and will now be looking into alternative auto protection. After waiting 45 minutes with an apt on a Saturday morning where there were only 2 other customers, and a full very chatty staff inside the auto garage, I was informed that my vehicle didn't pass state inspection. I was concerned and confused as to why when there were no issues the previous year. I was told my windshield wipers failed which is a lie since they work perfectly fine. Next, I was told that my window tint also failed which based on their website it should only incuured an additional fee. I moved from AZ where tint is a necessity, and it's not very dark.
