Jawid went above and beyond to winch my car out when I slid off the road. Super nice and excellent service. Give that man a raise!

After nine years of membership, I called the emergency number for probably the second time ever because my car was damaged in an accident and I needed it to be towed. I was told there was no tow operators available and he didn't know when they would be available be available, but definitely not for several hours Or possibly the next morning!. I find this to be ridiculous as it was early evening. The weather conditions were not icy or snowy or conducive to requiring lots of towing. I was told I could call a private towing company and submit the receipts and maybe get reimbursed. This is totally unacceptable and Very disappointing, And I may not be renewing my membership.

I just used the Mobile Tire Sales and Service for the first time. What a genius idea. They came to my home and mounted and balanced new tires within a few hours. I love the idea of not having to go to the dealer or tire center and either wait for the service or get a ride home. For me, separate summer and winter tires are a necessity. All-season tires are not made for our winters. Also, we visit northern Vermont regularly during the winter and need the best winter tires available. This service makes it convenient to schedule tire rotations, swap summer/winter tires or buy new tires all from the comfort of your recliner! I can't say enough about this service or the awesome technician who performed the service!

I was sent someone great he couldn’t drag my car on flat bed without doing further damage to my vehicle. Schenectady Aaa sent another flatbed I refused them due to first man said we needed a wrecker. By the way 2nd tow company sent a mad man to me. He said sign here damage waiver and we will rip the car on the flatbed. Um NO The dispatch said couldn’t send a wrecker until am. Meanwhile my car was not safe. So I found a tow company who did the job and paid out of pocket. Now aaa Hudson valley says a service was provided and I won’t be reimbursed. Was charged over mileage fee for first driver which he then said sorry on Monday someone will reimburse you. That was a nightmare felt insulted by each person I spoke to when asking for the money back. Meanwhile still waiting for my $150 reimburse

I cannot say enough good things about your fleet driver Dan Hackney. One of my tires was stolen off my car and I needed it towed. Dan showed up, calmed me down from all the stress and handled the situation very professionally, safely getting my car to the dealership. With utmost care, a chuckle here and there where needed, Dan delivered in a huge way! So glad to have someone like Dan in a time like that.
