AAA Hampton Insurance and Member Services

I recently had an outstanding experience with AAA Service, thanks to the exceptional assistance from Ms. Rodyn and Mr. Rodeck Ragin from Freedom Tow. From the onset, Ms. Rodyn was prompt and professional, quickly dispatching a service worker when I mentioned I was en route to Norfolk State University’s graduation. Her attentive service made me feel supported during a stressful situation. Within just 10 minutes, Mr. Ragin arrived at my home. He efficiently diagnosed the issue with my jeep and had it running again in another 10 minutes. Additionally, he provided further battery service that I hadn’t even realized I needed. Highly pissed off. Went to get a water pump done paid over $2200 when they broke the seal. They didn't even put the cover back on which the oil cap and seals was left off. Can't even access the oil cap because cover sitting on too and exposing the Val to the air. Engine light on. Pissed. This was last Thursday, how could they even allow the mechanics to let a valued customer leave, like this this is dangerous engine could have went out, and much more. Going back tomorrow. Those is unprofessional. I will be talking to the manager Cary, my husband took pictures. Sincerely, Pissed loyal customer of over 5 years!!!!!

Went to get passport photos with my kids and husband. I got kicked out with my two boys 4 and 5 yo. We got there and waited like 15 mins standing there. The lady at the front desk that attended us was good and did her thing. My kids were not even loud as an yelling shouting etc. They were just talking and I told them to keep it down. Well like 25 minutes there while my husband getting attended with my baby to get the photos, this rude man from the auto section said please get out go wait outside. I got so mad but hold it in to myself and walked out with my kids. They were not loud. Kids are kids. My husband did say something. I didn't get his name but he was caucasian. They should have a sign that says no kids allowed. Just get your photos at cvs or walgreens. Never coming back here.

Terrible. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Trying for 30 minutes to get through to Hampton, Virginia AAA. Insufferable recordings with limited options. I'm canceling membership.

Excellent service and prices! I've taken 3 different cars to them for work. Love that I found a shop that I can trust.
