Troy Chandler: Allstate Insurance

Vehicle insurance claim took longer than it should. Multiple shops that they said they had could not properly repair damage to my vehicle. This claim has been going on for months and they brush it off like its not their problem. It take months to get claims approved while you still have to pay for car note, insurance, taxes, and transportation. This has been going on for months and no end in sight.

My agent Troy Chandler has been excellent! Its refreshing calling in and having the agency owner answer the phone. Mr. Chandler is very professional and knowledgeable. Lets not forget about his amazing Office personnel. They have always been efficient and quick to respond with any of my policy changes or concerns. Highly recommend the Troy Chandler Agency !

I get satisfaction and a friendly response. The whole office staff there always are personable and ready to assist me with my needs. Whether it’s paying a bill or looking for added promotions. They’re always willing to help you out with your business needs.

The whole staff is amazing. I been a customer since 2018 and I haven't had a single complaint. They're always pleasant, and available to assist. And they have a welcoming personality that just does not want to make you leave.
