I have been working with Paula Boyd for years. She is absolutely fantastic in my opinion. She will answer any question at just about anytime. If she is unavailable to the phone the second you call, she will get back with you in a very reasonable amount of time. She is kind bubbly and smart. She knows her stuff and I am glad that I lucked up to get her when my other agent retired. State Farm overall is the right way to go. I’m very glad that I use them and I have for about 55 years.
