I have used Boo Williams State Farm for my renters insurance for a year and 3 months. Most of my interactions in that time have been with the front desk agent, Norma Jean Blunt. She is fantastic! The only issues I have encountered, have been issues with my apartment complex claiming they weren't getting annual renewal notices from Boo Williams' office (which def wasn't true). Norma put together a clear and concise email with corresponding documentation, which led to a reversal of $60 in unnecessary fees from the apt leasing office. She also had more options as a backup, if the apt complex didn't work with us in acknowledging their mistake (like calling a state agency who would've assisted). She went above and beyond, and now they have a customer for life.

Tuesday was extremely professional and prompt. She accepted my request for a claim immediately and contacted the locksmith who came in 20 minutes. She did the same thing when I requested a battery charge. Thank you so much.
