I am very sad and displeased with the inability to remove a 10.00 late fee. My mother has been a customer since 1988, yes I said it 1988. I took over the account when she was stricken with dementia in 2019. I had the account on automatic debit and forgot to update AllState with the new number when my card number was changed due to fraud.
