I have used Zannino Insurance since they opened. They have always provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. I saw my rates went up and before I could even call them to inquire, Cassandra Zolotas beat me to it to review my options. First she explained why there was an increase and then provided me with options to lower my rates. AND by paying early she saved me even more money! Thanks to Cassandra and everyone (Dawn, Johnny and John) for always taking such good care of us.. If I could give 10 stars I would :-)

I have been dealing with Dawn over at Zannino Insurance and it's been the best experience. She is very knowledgable and listens to your needs. At least if you have to call you can talk to an actual person and not listen to a recording and that goes a long way. Thank you Dawn!!!

I have used Zannino Insurance for over 10 years now and I cannot speak highly enough about them. Just this past month I had an issue with my windshield on a new BMW. I was told that it would not be covered and I had to come out of pocket to have it replaced with OEM Glass. Dawn took care of this within hours and I had a brand new factory windshield at zero cost! Zannino has always gone above and beyond. They are available at any time, always get back to me with a quick turnaround and personally handle any issues I have had. I have referred numerous people to them and they have done the same for them!
