Wonderful agency with great staff. I have been their client for about 16 years and Sabrina and her team are excellent, always listening to my needs and always giving me great options. Sabrina is extremely honest and very hardworking.

My experience with this company was frustrating and unpleasant, because I applied for the ITIN in February 2021, after 6 months I tried to find out why it took so long, and they did not give any importance with justification that the IRS takes time to answer the phone, that I was supposed to wait for the mail to arrive at my house, then 2 months later the same thing, almost 1 year later I covered the same situation because I could lose my job due to lack of ITIN number. I personally went to the IRS and there was no registration, I called B & S to confront about this situation, it said that my registration was not even sent to the IRS. It is very disrespectful, and I asked for the return of the money I paid for the service, and I didn't even say, I'm sorry, I'm sorry that this happened.

Great insurance agent, I have been with them for almost 3 years now, they are the best in the state. They always answer my question even my texts late at night. Awesome agency

I had a service once and its was great with my first car, but second time, maybe cause wasn't a last year fancy car they totally neglected the service. The worst thing for a client its keeping calling and asking for information cause nobody let you to know anything whats going on. I wouldn't EVER recommend their service.
