I have been using Asset Insurance Agency since 2018 when I leased my first car. At the time, I had just gotten my license, had never owned a car before, and had not taken driver’s ed, so I expected my rates to be high. Even with all of those factors, Asset was able to find me a lower rate than anything I could find on my own after searching quotes online. Every year when my premium increased, I would reach out to see if they could help me find something better, and they always took the time to review my options. This year, Progressive nearly doubled my insurance simply because of the area I live in, despite me having a completely clean driving record. Asset Insurance has been great to work with! I reached out to Carlos Quinones to setup a home insurance policy and he was on top of everything right from the start. He processed all the paper work very quickly so I could get it submitted on time, explained the coverage and options available to me, and made sure to get me the best price and coverage. He also went out of his way to double check my auto insurance as well to see if there were better options available! He was very responsive, extremely welcoming, and made sure I understood everything that was in my policy and answered all the questions I had. Cannot recommend him or Asset Insurance more!

Alan Alves is an excellent insurance agent. He is very knowledgeable of insurance guidelines and motor vehicle laws within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has been very helpful to my wife and me in guiding us through the process of obtaining a new auto insurance policy. He almost always gets back to us right away when we have questions. I highly recommend him.
