For an agency that is supposed to be Customer focused..... during a recent phone call an office agent refused to contact the insurance company to keep a homeowners policy active. The agent was unprofessional and uncooperative. If Life Long Customers don't get respect, than they don't deserve my business...and deserve less than 1 star.

I've been with this company for about ten years and they have always been polite and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help you with claims to make sure you're treated fairly. Very satisfied.

These people are terrific at customer assistance, ask any question, bring up any problem and you will get accurate answers and information. They have been a model business in Peabody for years and years, very knowledgeable and worthy of my trust and yours.
