Excellent service. Nicole and Jamie and everyone at Youngs are always quick and handle my last-minute requests like pros. I insure my business through Youngs and I am transitioning all of my other insurance, like boats, vehicles, and property to Youngs. They give me confidence that things are covered -- like insurance should.

Multiple issues with this company, left them. Unprofessional and definitely do not look out for the best interest of the client. Small town big time attitude there.

Took over two months to report to their customers that they had a security breach. Possibly personal information including banking information was obtained by a hacker. While they delayed letting people know sensitive information could be in the hands of criminals. Not impressed.

Excellent service from people you can trust. They will always help in any way they can. I do all my insurance business with them questions asked.

Called back a few times in order to get ahold of someone for a quote, it took a long time and I didn't end up going with them, prices are higher than other brokers I chatted with
