My personal priority when shopping for a broker was to deal with the same broker giving me the best customer service, having access to the same person and a company that deals with various companies. It is comforting to know that they will work to ensure the best possible rates, assist me in dealing with problems that can arise in a claim. I'm not just a bot to someone in Toronto. Because of price increases at my previous insurance company I phoned all over getting quotes. All Risks provided me with the security of a local office answering my calls.
