Absolute horrible service. Asked for a quote directly from Jeff Viotto the long weekend in August…. Today is October 4th and no information. I called to touch base and see if there was an update approx the last week of August ( 3-4 works after initial request) was told by receptionist that these things take time … lol lol lol and they would get back to us with a quote. Nothing as of today … October 4/24. Please know that we have secured insurance from a BETTER insurance company, one that values their customers… WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH JEFF VIOTTO OR CO-OPERATORS INSURANCE!!

This branch is great, got a decent quote quickly, the receptionist is really nice and so is Jordan. The problem is the employees in Toronto who actually handle the claim when you’ve been in an accident. Micheal was amazing giving me all of the info I needed. Melanie on the other hand, has been taking over 2 months to finish my claim, it’s currently still ongoing. I am very disappointed. I also had my belongings in my car and I lived 4 hours away from the crash site and where my car was being held. I finally was able to go pick up my belongings to find out they had sold my car and the new owner had taken it away. Thanks cooperators I will never see those items again.

I'm from London Ont, and was referred to Justin because we bought a cabin in the area and my insurance didn't and couldn't do cabin insurance. Justin was very responsive, answered all my questions and was very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Jordan from this branch was very easy to deal with, kept in touch. Provided all the help required in a timely fashion. I would recommend their business to others.
