All of the agents that I worked with an underwriting were extremely helpful, gave me my options and work to meet all of my requests and deadlines. They exceeded my expectations by providing the necessary coverage for our family about 10 days before the due date I requested. Very helpful and great to work with

These people are a complete joke. Gave me a quote from 5000 to 8000 dollars a year. They had all the info including a perfect marine survey that they requested. That’s a 3000 dollars spread for the same coverage limits. On a 75000 custom built pontoon boat. Just because they thought they could. Don’t waste your time with them or brokers that use them, unless you want to pay to much. Get bent over.

Michelle is an amazing person and so caring about customers, always going above and beyond for us. She even responds after business hours. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m a very happy customer.

Terribly slow processing. We submitted info, three weeks later we had conference call with Underwriter who assured my agent and I we'd have a quote to bind in three to four days. Which sounded great these things usually take 4-6 weeks. THREE WEEKS later we were able to sign and sent down payment to bind. FIVE days later they bound it, SEVEN days later we're still waiting for needed certificates to be reinstated at our loading terminals. We've been sitting hemorrhaging money and loosing drivers. They knew that we were parked and needed to get back rolling. They held everything up on little details, that we answer/provided info for as soon as they asked. We will move to another provider as soon as we can.
