The agent, Malu was delightful to work with. He was very thorough in explaining his purpose and value in helping me get the benefits I might be missing with my Medicare Advantage. I was impressed with his knowledge of what he could offer. I’ll admit I was quite skeptical in the beginning. He was able to find extra benefits I would not have known about otherwise. One of the most important characteristic is his ability to make you feel important as a client and his dedication to help you in any way going forward. It’s very reassuring to know you have a person to contact for help if needed. That is a rare asset to find especially with regard to health insurance and especially Medicare related. Absolutely excellent 👏 he listen to what I needed in a plan and checked plan for my doctors especially my primary! Also he explained other coverages, such as hearing, etc. Dillon did outstanding service for me. I'm more than pleased!!
