It seems just like us, no one reads the fine print in their coverage. We were in the same situation until we started googling and seeing Prime lawsuit cases against their own clients and multiple coverage disputes cases. In our case, Prime sued us, its own CUSTOMER after settling a claim without involving us and with a fraction of what we were paying on premium . Yes, we paid our deductible, and no, we didn’t approve nor were involve in the settlement. If you're insured by Prime, just know that they may settle a case behind your back and sue you later to recover all their cost. Perhaps there is a language that is most likely buried in your policy. All we can say at this time is this is NOT insurance. it’s exploitation. Do your research.
