Troy is the best! He helped me to switch all of my policies over and save a bunch of money. He was patient with me as it took me a while to prepare for the change as I was in the process of selling my old home after just moving. Best of all, once the switch was made there were some communication issues between the banks that owned mh mortgages and the insurance company that could have caused a lapse in coverage, but he diligently and personally followed through with all three of them until he confirmed the policies had been received and the mortgages paid, saving me hours of time on the phone between one insurance company and three mortgage companies. Definitely earned my business and a solid recommendation.
