Been with Wilson over 7 years, State Farm Is a great company but it really comes down to who you work with. Wilson is so informed and always is looking out for our best interest, and really is great about explaining everything when it comes to life insurance, general business liability, and home insurance. Yes having insurance is just a way of life and everyone needs it, but why not work with someone who is relatable and knows their stuff.

They cancelled a personals articles policy of mine without notifying me or giving me a reasons. I requested a personal update on my auto policy and it took over 2 months for them to even begin to follow up and try and process it. The staff who you are able to speak with are rude and dismissive and so far with all of these issues Wilson never tried to remedy the situation which led me to switch agents. State Farm is a great insurance company but this agent is not one I would recommend to anyone
