I have nothing but good things to say about Jerry Selvitella - State Farm Agent and his office staff - especially Juana. I am retired but my career was as a commercial lines insurance broker who started out selling personal lines insurance before moving to commercial lines where I had a book of business and managed a staff of commercial lines customer service reps. I was previously insured for years with CSAA and my policies were with a former colleague of mine. Sadly he passed away and CSAA would not reassign the policies to another agent. Instead we just became a "system account" which was handled by which ever customer service rep answered the phone the day you called. I am a firm believer that insurance is a people business. I’ve been with Jerry for over 30 years and they have always been the best and I highly recommend them. His staff, mainly Ashley who normally works with us, is always polite, professional and very quick with their assistance. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

I have been a customer of state farm and specifically Jerry since 2000. Any time I have a question they are on top of it. Most recently I had a couple of incidents involving out of state State Farm issues that had technically nothing todo with Jerry and team.
