Newfront

Negligent agency - stay away! This agency did some "restructuring" this last year and since then no one returns emails or phone calls. I suspect that they have moved all their account managers to an Indian call center. I ended up transferring all the policies I could to a new broker. One policy could not transfer in time and I could not get Newfront to give me an answer on anything regarding the policy or even the bill to pay it. I ended up having to call the insurance company to get answers and pay the bill over the phone as the agent would not answer. My bank was requesting proof of insurance and it took them emailing Newfront 12 times over a 3 month period to finally get a response, and of course Newfront sent the incorrect form. How this agency is in business is beyond me.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I owned a business that used Newfront as a broker between Great American and my franchised business. We ended up selling our location, to which I gave the agent I was assigned (Amy Nyguen) over a month of notice. It took multiple weeks of follow ups to finally get ahold of her. Finally she said that we could just transfer the insurance over to the new buyer (which in and of itself was a ridiculous statement. No insurance company to my knowledge will ever just transfer a policy over to a different entity without any additional paperwork done). After a month of trying to get the ball moving, I finally had to involve my corporate team to have them try and work with Amy to get my policy cancelled and the new owner’s policy set. It literall

I am chaging this review based on my recent experience with NewFront. I had some hick-ups with getting connected, but it turned out to be a one-off situation. The COO, as well as the rest of the staff attended my requests immediately and turned this experience around. I will recommend NewFront to businesses - especially start-ups and scale-ups. They are well attuned to the needs of smaller organizations and work swiftly to get you covered! Excellent organization to work with. I am a customer for past four years - and it should be a testimonial of their service and commitment toward the customers.

Worst company I have ever worked with, they take weeks to finish paperwork, and I am Not exaggerating, they have created so many set back for me it’s has been unreal. I went to another company and they got everything I needed with in the same hour. Absolutely ridiculous!

Emails and calls are not returned in a timely manner.
