I’ve been with State Farm for 13 years and felt that Craig Ichiuji’s office was more like the family run business than a corporate firm. I never felt uneasy calling for insurance issues or just to chat when needed. Mina held the power and authority to suggest the best coverage for my needs. She orchestrated policies from Auto, Homeowner’s, Umbrella, Earthquakes, and a simple policy to cover my camera. I have not sat down to add up the cost of the policies, but don’t feel the need as they don’t seem extraordinary. Thinking back, it is the personal touch is why I stayed with their office. Like my divorce lawyer, who set me up with a blind date, I was pleasantly surprised that this office has a similar feel offering a personal touch in dealing with their client’s needs.
