I recently switched insurance groups due to a $20/month increase. My experience overall was great. My final interaction on the other hand was not. My payment was refunded upon cancellation, then after getting the billing date wrong, I was then told oh actually you DO have one final payment. Which is fine, that wasn’t the issue. This bill was sent, with an additional $20 returned payment fee. Jodie made this such a headache and was so unwilling to help in any way, as she said they didn’t charge the fee and couldn’t reverse it, yet my bank said they did not add that fee, as they were not the ones to bill… which makes sense. Wow. Just give them a call now! I am so impressed with this business that I would recommend them to all. I was new to the state this last year and everyone at Williams Insurance Group helped guide my insurance needs with ease. They provided lower rates (bundling was a great choice), canceled my previous policies from another state, and just took care of everything for us! We have since needed to adjust our coverage for my husband's work and they were able to meet our needs efficiently and with the best attitude.
