This particular team was more than exceptional! I had interactions from much of the staff and each one was always kind and professional. Cody is a great guy that always looked out for me. Much of my interaction was with Brittney and she was really put to the test with several complex situations regarding my policies. I had auto insurance for 4 vehicles and drivers and I also had homeowners insurance. I had to deal with claims on a couple of occasions and I was always able to rely on this team to take care of each circumstance. They were always transparent, informative, and no question was left unanswered... not to mention they are fast! I truly could not have had a better experience!

I never have an issue with my State Farm Insurance agent Cody Wheeler. Brittany serviced me last and she was very helpful and personable in her approach. I always hang up feeling like I was just talking to a family member or a friend and not alike I was just on a business call. It may be because I have been with them for so long I don’t know but it’s nice. I’m never nervous when I have to contact them. Brittany took care of my needs quickly and efficiently and in a timely manner which is very important because I never have a lot of time during the day due to my profession. The Wheeler agency is very attentive to the needs and complexities of their clients situations. Also, like every client oriented business, the quality and energy of the employees makes the difference. One of the employees that contributes extra effort is Brittany, as she conducts the Agency’s, and the State Farm Brand, client support in a professional and timely manner.
