Our insurance agent is Lucas Chandler and we received excellent customer service from him. He was knowledgeable and professional - took the time to explain exactly what our policy covers and was patient with our many questions. Just signed up with Dashaun Jerkins, he is awesome!! He should be given the most helpful agent award. I’ve talked with many different insurance agents in my life and Dashaun is by far the kindest and most helpful. He helped us get setup, explained everything perfectly and clearly, connected with us personally, and made sure I had all the info I needed!! If you’re gonna switch to State Farm, make sure you ask for DJ!! Jake who? I vote for DJ to be the new face of State Farm!
