Lucy is extremely rude and impatient. Difficult to work with. p.s. My first negative feedback on Google review in 10+ years. Response following owner's response: The complain is not about providing information. It's about Lucy's poor customer service skills. She had zero explanation and kept demanding for information or she said she would not serve me. She even escalated it by accusing me not being honest. All these destructive conversation happened in 2 mins frame. I talked to several insurance agents afterwards. Everyone was professional and friendly. There're so many good ones out there. Like I said, this was my first negative Google review. It should have said enough to other customers. Good luck to you if Lucy is your agent.
