They advertise health and life insurance which they do not sell as I was told after wasting my time there. Raphael sat there completely ignoring me and after ten minutes of him just sitting there with no one else in the lobby I asked if I could get some service at which point he called to Lynn. Lynn has an unpleasant hygiene issue that is incredibly offensive. I don't believe that most of the people in the office are even licensed as they don't seem to be knowledgeable/professional about the service they are supposed to be providing. I will not be entering one of their offices again, I prefer to do business with competent individuals such as those down the street. It was well worth the short walk in order to get superior service.

I was looking for a new insurance company when a friend referred me to Gersh Insurance. I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of working with Lynn, who is extremely professional! She diligently researched policies for both home and auto that were equivalent to what I had. In no time, she found much better rates with basically the same coverage (and easier on my pocketbook). She went above and beyond the call of duty while taking all the stress out of switching carriers and working with my mortgage company. I couldn’t be happier with ease of the whole process. Thank you, Lynn, for your hard work, it’s greatly appreciated, and I look forward to working with you and Gersh Insurance again in the years to come!

I have been with Gersh Insurance for over 40 years. They were recommended to me by a friend in High School when I first got my drivers license. I have always had great service there. I am writing this review in particular to give Lynn who has worked there for a long time a five star review. I recently was involved in an accident that totaled my new Jeep and she went the distance battling with the insurance company to get my rental covered as well as a fair replacement value price for my totaled Jeep. She is a great asset for the company and if I could I would give both her and the company ten stars! I

I've been with Gersh for 3 years now and can't speak highly enough about Lynn. There hasn't been a question or issue Lynn hasn't been able to help me navigate. As complex as it is to deal with insurance companies, Lynn has made it easy and stress-free every time. Thanks Lynn for always providing a great client experience.
