D. Francis Murphy Insurance Agency

I'm a new business owner and decided to use D Francis Murphy for my company. The ladies in the office are what makes using Murphy insurance so easy. They are all extremely helpful and always take my call. They also found i had extremely low coverage on my personal vehicle for the price I was paying. I also never write reviews but they absolutely deserve one! Thank you to everyone in the office I have dealt with, including Jean and Geisa! Can't recommend them enough especially for new businesses!

Virginia Evans is my insurance agent at Murphy Insurance. She is great!! She has helped me with a claim that I had filed when my son got into a car accident, to questions I’ve had about my coverage, to getting a new license plate. She has always shown me that she is ready and willing to help with any questions that I may have regarding my insurance policy. I would recommend her two friends and family.!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an insurance agent. We were completely uniformed about the requirements for a 2.5 M construction project for a new history and arts center. Murphy never visited, never asked questions, and then blamed our board when we asked how to get out of the costly Builder's Risk policy he sold us. Multiple wrong answers, until finally we snapped and pulled the plug. The lesson here is: perhaps someone at Murphy insurance needs to employ a scintilla of personal concern and actually pick up the phone and call their client to discuss their needs, rather than sending snarky emails about how you don't qualify unless you pay thousands more. Worst insurance experience ever in 40 years of business.

Murphy Insurance Agency, Erin Bratica of the Marlborough location has been an absolute pleasure to work with. After dealing with a long drawn out process through the courts trying to sort out car titles, Erin was the only relief to this process. She went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly with title transfers, registrations, and insurance coverage for all.
