Downey Insurance is absolutely phenomenal. Who can say they love interacting with their insurance representative? I can! Kimberly, along with all of the employees at Downey, are caring and attentive. You do not feel like a number and you are seen as an individual there, which is rare in this rushed world. I would recommend Downey Insurance to anyone, without reservation; it has been a pleasure conducting business with them and I will continue to use and trust them.

I would not work with them ever again. They were my agency since 2005 and if you don't need any assistance, they are great. But if you find you need any kind of help - small or large - you can't get someone to return your calls for over 5 months and then they email you that your insurance is canceled. Buyer beware!
