Mike always helps me find the best policies and deals, handling every situation effectively. EDIT: After my initial 5-star review, unfortunately, things went downhill. They sent me the wrong payment plan multiple times, and once I even got a letter saying my policy would be canceled for a missed payment, which they later said was a system error. They also messed up the policies of two friends I referred, and nobody bothered to fix any of it. I had to drop my rating from 5 stars to 1. They used to be really good—not sure what changed, but something’s definitely gone wrong, even though it’s the same team. I ended up having to leave.

refuse service asked where I came from. repeatedly asked for information. never received it. horrible customer service. good luck filing a claim if this is how they act.

I reached out to them regarding a quote, Allison said she would be talking to Mike and getting back to me as soon as possible. Did not call me for hours and when I reached back to her she kept telling me the same thing and hanging the phone up. Called again and got Bill this time but he wasn’t any different. Great business strategy guys! Keep ignoring your potential customers good job! If an insurance agent cannot call back about a quote, how could anyone risk their insurance policy with them.

Good people. I miss Tanya. Allison is great too now. She is very much a perfect assistant to Mr. Mis. Bill has much work usually but pretty empathetic and works with you as much as legally possible. He comes in early and works when others aren't in or it's not a normal work day. Much the gentleman too. Respectful. The best part of doing business with this local agent is that it's personable and not a phone type, "not able to get ahold of a person" place. They are there. You see them. It's worth the wait or making an appointment. If you ever have an appeal it just may be you need patience.

Very nice people but they do not communicate well with the people that are insured under their companies. I’ve been waiting for a call back for two days and when I call, they do not answer and the voicemail is full.
