Terrible, for one thing I was not aware that John had left to work in Springfield because I asked to see him. Last time he was there just before his departure to Springfield ..he told me that I was paid up but I was running around with no insurance and him and I were both like what’s going on here!!! Now mind you they had two new workers in there and he was getting ready to leave ...Got that straightened out with John but it happened again ...I Always keep my receipts..Went in and made a payment ,they gave me my receipt, I asked her ,the new woman ,if she would like me to wait why she called it in .....she said everything was fine and sent me on my way. Well everything was not fine !!!!! Was stopped by the state police who was not pleasant at all until he looked further into my history

I had a wonderful experience with Chi Insurance.May was a wonderful person she stood on the phone with me for directions to get the office. When I came in she was just very great and helpful in this difficult time that I’m going thru
