I recently opened a new business and was shopping for business insurance. A lot of my calls to other agents were never returned. Mary returned my call right away, was helpful and professional, and is very responsive. She guided us through liability insurance and workers comp, two things that I don't know that much about. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up becoming a client and I'm thrilled with the decision. Thanks Mary!

The staff at Rodger Butler Insurance has always gone over and above the call of duty when helping me with my insurance needs over the years. 30 years ago I moved from Westfield to the Boston area, I have maintained my relationship with Rodger Butler because of the team of professionals who always go out of their way to ensure that my needs are met. A week ago I was going in for spinal surgery, the only day I could pick up my RV was on a Saturday when the office was closed. Darlene offered to watch for my paperwork to come in and to make sure I had my insurance stamp so I could bring my RV home that day. That is just the latest example of the outstanding service I have received over the years from Roger and his team. I don’t write reviews often, but this team deserves 5 stars +. Ed

My dad just told me he switched to Roger Butler Insurance, prices were unbelievable and said I should look into it and make sure you ask for a woman named Danielle Lafond. I called Danielle, explained to her my situation and she told me she would have quotes in a few hours. Well, she lied. She had quotes for me within the hour. Moving my home and auto insurance to Roger Butler was the best choice I have ever made! Why, because of people like Danielle Lafond. Your information is incorrect. Update on 11/16/20. This initial review was for an email interaction regarding a refund check that was never received. After 26 days following the supposed mailed date, I had to ask for a replacement check to be overnighted. This of course will take time, stop payment on the first check, etc. I am hopeful. 12/2 Update. Finally received a replacement check. Clarissa was especially helpful. She initiated the replacement.
